Eurotreat 2008 Polyaluminium Chloride

EUROTREAT-2008 is a premium-grade Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC), a highly efficient inorganic polymer coagulant designed for Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), raw water treatment, and industrial wastewater clarification. It is formulated to rapidly destabilize suspended solids, colloidal particles, color-causing substances, and organic impurities, resulting in fast floc formation and excellent clarification.

Compared with conventional coagulants such as alum, EUROTREAT-2008 requires a lower dosage, produces less sludge, works effectively over a wider pH range, and provides more consistent treatment performance.

Working Principle
Most suspended particles in wastewater carry a negative surface charge, which keeps them dispersed and prevents settling.

When EUROTREAT-2008 is added to wastewater:

• The polymeric aluminum ions neutralize the negative charges on suspended particles.
• Fine particles become destabilized and begin to agglomerate.
• Large, dense flocs are formed through coagulation and adsorption-bridging.
• These flocs settle rapidly in clarifiers or are removed by filtration or sludge dewatering systems.

This process effectively reduces:
