Eurotreat 2007 Anionic Polyelectrolyte

EUROTREAT-2007 is a premium-grade Anionic Polyelectrolyte specially formulated to enhance solid-liquid separation processes in industrial and municipal water treatment systems. It is a high molecular weight, water-soluble polymer that carries negatively charged functional groups, enabling it to aggregate fine suspended particles into large, dense flocs for rapid settling and efficient dewatering.

EUROTREAT-2007 significantly improves clarification, reduces turbidity, enhances sludge thickening, and increases the efficiency of filtration and dewatering equipment while minimizing chemical consumption.

Working Principle
Most suspended particles present in wastewater are extremely fine and remain stable because of surface charges. EUROTREAT-2007 works through polymer bridging and particle aggregation.

Mechanism
1. Polymer chains adsorb onto suspended particles.
2. Long polymer molecules bridge multiple particles together.
3. Large and heavy flocs are formed.
4. Flocs settle rapidly in clarifiers or are easily separated by filter presses, centrifuges, or belt presses.
