Eurotreat 2003 RO Membrane Descaling Chemical

Eurotreat 2003 is a premium-quality RO Membrane Descaling Chemical specially formulated to remove inorganic scale, iron deposits, and mineral fouling from Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes. It effectively dissolves calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, metal oxides, and other mineral deposits, restoring membrane performance, increasing water recovery, and extending membrane life. Acid-based membrane cleaners are commonly used to remove mineral scales from RO membranes during CIP (Clean-in-Place) operations.

Recommended Dosage

• CIP Cleaning Solution: 2–5% (20–50 g/L) depending on the severity of scaling.
• Recirculate the cleaning solution for 30–60 minutes at 25–35°C, then rinse thoroughly with RO permeate or demineralized water before returning the system to service. Follow the membrane manufacturer's cleaning procedure.
